PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an actuator and to reduce the magnetic field mutual interference by arranging focusing coil and a tracking coil in particular forms in the lens holder of the biaxial actuator. SOLUTION: The biaxial base 31 of a biaxial actuator 30 is moved in the radial direction of an optical disk along a guide. A lens holder 33 supports two objective lenses 26a and b having different apertures and is supported by a supporting shaft 32 fixed to the biaxial base 31 so as to be moved in an axial direction and rotated around an axis. A focusing coil 34 is formed so as to surround the supporting shaft 32, wound to have a small diameter and fixed to the lens holder 33 and generates a focusing driving force by acting with a focusing magnet 37 fixed to the biaxial base 31 and a pair of focusing yokes 36. A pair of tracking coils 35 are arranged away from the focusing coil 34 in both end parts of the lens holder 33. |
