PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relive the residual stress of the boundary face end section of the bonding part between an insulating material and a container flange section and improve the strength reliability of the bonding part by setting the angle on the space side between an insulating material plane and the container flange section to an obtuse angle. SOLUTION: A divergent projection 72 is integrally formed over the whole periphery on the insulating ring 10 side of the horizontal flange section 71 of a negative electrode container. When a flange section 70 is thermocompressorn-bonded to an insulating ring 10 made ofα-alumina, the angleθon the space side between an insulating material plane L and the container flange section 70 at the thermocompression-bonding end section between the flange section 70 of the negative electrode container and the insulating ring 10 is set to an obtuse angle (θ>90 deg.C). The stress concentration on a bonding boundary face is easily relieved, and the strength reliability can be improved by merely changing the shape of the flange section 70 partially without separately using a special member.
