PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a distance-measuring apparatus in which a restriction on the design of every sensor and of a light receiving lens is eliminated, in which the adjustment of the sensitivity of every sensor is not required and in which proper distance-measuring information is always obtained even when a subject for photogarphy is contrasty or a light projecting beam does not hit the whole region of the subject for photography. SOLUTION: A distance-measuring apparatus is provided with a first light receiving means in which a first light receiving lens 52 and a first sensor 71 arranged so as to be separated by a first base length are provided with reference to a light projecting means 61, with a second light receiving means in which a second light receiving lens 53 and a second sensor 72 arranged so as to be separated by a second base length are provided with reference to the light projecting means and with adjusting means 161 to 168, 180 by which the output of the first sensor 71 and that of the second sensor 72 are adjusted electrically. Then, distance-measuring information is computed on the basis of the output of the first sensor 71 and that of the second sensor 72. |
