BIOHERBICIDE FOR BROOM-RAPE CONTROL AND METHOD FOR ITS PREPARATION

摘要

The bioherbicide and the method for its preparation are used in agriculture for the control of broom-rape (orobanche), a sunflower parasite. The bioherbicide is produced from the mycelium and the spores of the fungus Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. orthoceras in the form of granules consisting of a filler in the form of wholemeal on which mycelium and spores of the fugus are stuck. The method includes the preparation of an yeast, propagation of the fungus and the manufacture of the bioherbicide. The nutrient for the propagation is in the form of a modified Chapel broth including molasses as a source of carbohydrates.
