PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the acquisition time of a control channel by reducing crosstalk when plural radio terminal equipments make registration to a master set almost at the same time. SOLUTION: Each radio terminal equipment receives idle control channel information set from a master set at start (S703) and confirms it that a frequency channel through which start information is going to be sent is not allocated to other radio terminal equipment (S706), then informs the start information to the master set through a frequency channel not allocated to other radio terminal equipment (S707). The master set allocates the frequency channel used for the communication of the start information to the radio terminal equipment sending the start information among the radio terminal equipments as a control channel and informs it to the concerned radio terminal equipment. |
