PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the remodeling of a central managing device even if the number of facilities increases by reducing the operation processing load on the central managing device. SOLUTION: The working time of facilities 5-8 is calculated by local control devices 3 and 4 the total working time is transmitted to a central control device 2. The central control device 2 calculates the working time ratio for each of the local control devices 3 and 4 from the total working time and proportionally distributes the integral electric energy counted by the central control device 2 and sends it to the local control devices 3 and 4. The local control devices 3 and 4 distribute the amount of distributed electric energy received to each of the facilities 5-8 according to the working time ratio, thus reducing the load on the central control device 2 and improving the processing speed. |
