PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply switch a talking mode by including called party identification(ID) information corresponding to each talking mode in a mobile station equipment, and automatically changing a current talking mode to another talking mode when call connection is failed. SOLUTION: The mobile station equipment has a transmitting/receiving antenna 11, a PHS radio communication part 12, a voice signal processing part 13 for decoding/modulating received voice data into an analog voice signal or encoding an analog voice signal and outputting transmitting voice data, a receiver/speaker 14, and a microphone 15. The equipment has also a mobile station control part 16 provided with a number storage means 160, a call interrupting means 161, a talking mode switching means 162, and an automatic calling means 163. When there is no response at the time of outputting a call, status information related to the call is outputted. When automatic talking mode switching is set up, the control part 16 switches a current talking mode based upon the status information. |
