PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure sealability between a metal-made electrode terminal and a terminal collar of polyolefin resin after long period storage. SOLUTION: An electrode layered product 1 is impregnated with a nonaqueous electrolyte. A lead part of the electrode layered product 1 is fused in a positive/negative electrode lead unit 11a, 12a of a positive/negative electrode terminal 11, 12. A terminal part of the positive/negative electrode terminal 11, 12 respectively has a groove, an 0 ring is set up in this groove. Terminal collars 13, 14, composed of polyolefin resin integrally formed by out insertion molding, are provided in this terminal part. A bag-shaped case 21 is formed by a film coating polyolefin resin in at least one surface of metal foil, the terminal collars 13, 14 are heat bonded to electrode terminal insertion holes 25b, 25c of the film, the electrode layered product 1 is sealed. |
