PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present the condition of user's own access in the past to easily comprehend it by improving the badness of forecast in the case of navigation by providing a means for extracting link information from a node as structure information, for storing and managing this structure information and for presenting this information at need. SOLUTION: An information acquisition part 23 received the identifier of a node acquired from an input part 21. In this identifier, it is described which server manages that node. Next, a content information output part 22 presents the content information of the node dispatched from the information possession part 23 to a user according to a media type. On the other hand, a relation information extraction part 24 extracts the link information expressing the relation from the node dispatched from the information possession part 23 to the other, and structure information 201 is updated in a history information storage part 200. The structure information 201 recorded in the history information storage part 200 at the time of access in the past is extracted by a structure display part 25, and the structure of relation between the node and the link is presented in the form of map.
