PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load on a computer required for editing a system monitoring screen for indicating on a display when the display is requested. SOLUTION: Output variable data editing means 4 edits output variable data in advance which are to be displayed on a display unit 22. And a system status display means 7 will, if the display is requested by an operator, display the data of a system monitoring screen based on the output variable data edited in advance and the output fixed data edited by output fixed data editing means 10.
