<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the rising characteristics of head current without recording equalize and also to enable a magnetic recording device to be adaptable to the miniaturization of the device and reduction of the power consumption by providing a shaping driving part in the recording amplifier of the magnetic recording device. SOLUTION: The figure shows the block diagram of the recording amplifier and a shaping driving part 10 supplies positive and mutative polarity signals whose polarities are inverter according to input pulses to a current changeover element 12 and a push-pull amplifier 14. The current changeover element 12 changes over recording current supply to the push-pull amplifier 14 by responding to the positive and negative polarity signals from the shaping driving part 10. The push/pull amplifier 14 inputs the positive and negative signals from the part 10 and supplies inverted currents whose rising characteristics are improved at an instant when the polarity of a recording current is changed over, that is, transient pulses to a head part 18 to enhance a recording efficiency. A constant current control element 16 performs a control so that a fixed current flows always through the push-pull amplifier 14.</p> |
