The method can be applied for the production of C-shaped connections of composite materials for rail tracks. It has an extended field of application and the parts produced are reliable, having a complex form and high strength caracteristics. By it, resin-impregnated textile bands are laid one on top of the other in a preset order, there follows polymerization of the resin, the necessary connecting holes being mechanically bored and the parts are tempered at specified temperature mode for specified time. The textile bands are evenly resin-impregnated and are immediately wound on a roll after which the resin-impregnated band in toroidally wound on a vertical hollow profile and a first longitudinal layer is formed. There follows a spirally wound second layer of resin-impregnated band over the first longitudinal layer and these windings are repeated in succession until a composite layer having the necessary thickness is formed. The blank produced in such manner is heated to the required polymerization temperature for the resin. After the polymerization is over and the blank hardens it is removed from the hollow profile and is cut longitudinally. Then the polyurethane layer is applied over the cuts of each of the produced connections after which a coating of elastic material is attached to the outer and inner surfaces of every connection, the required connection holes are bored mechanically and then tempering starts.
