DEVICE FOR COLLECTION AND THRESHING OF CEREAL CROPS

The device is used in agriculture. It has compact design and it can easily be converted from transport to working state and the other way round, it improves the visibility of the driver and reduces the quantity of the broken grain or that ejected with the straw. The device consists of a supporting frame (1) to which a connecting rod (3) and lower worm gear (5), are pivotly fixed a cutting device (6) being mounted between them. In the rear inner side of the supporting frame (1) an intermediate frame (12) is fitted in which a front conveyor (13) is placed opposite the first feed chute (9). In the middle of the rear part of the supporting frame (1) an adjusting mechanism (14) is mounted. The cutting device (6) is connected to an eccentric (21) which rests on the front of a connecting rod (22). An upper worm gear (23) fitted in a cylindrical housing (24) is mounted at the upper end of the front conveyor (13). A revolving beam (26) is fitted above the upper screw gear (23) to which a pivot (29) and a locking mechanism (30) are connected, opposite to which a feed chute (32) is mounted, and a counter drum (33) is fitted opposite to it having parallel ribs (34) and longitudinal grooves between them in their lower part and inclined ribs (51) and outlet grooves (52) in the upper one, concentrically engaging a working drum (36) on the surface of which profile teeth (37), are fitted. An interlocking mechanism is fitted between the intermediate frame (12) and the upper frame (31).
