PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical radio communication equipment in which a communication area is clearly divided in the case of dividing an optical radio communication space into two communication areas or over in order to improve the throughput. SOLUTION: This optical radio communication equipment 1 divides one optical radio communication space into two communication areas A-D or over and at least one master equipment 11(11A-11D) and plural slave equipments 12(12A-12D) are arranged to each of the communication areas A-D. In the midst of the optical radio communication in a 1st area, the optical radio communication in the 2nd area is stopped and while the 2nd are makes optical radio communication, the 1st area stops the optical radio communication. The operation of the optical radio communication is alternately conducted alternately synchronously with each other in the 1st area and the 2nd area.
