摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rise of the residual electric potential in repeats of charge and exposure by providing a bayerite layer on a porous positive electrode oxide film. SOLUTION: A photoconductive layer is provided on a conductive support having a positive electrode oxide film, which is made of aluminum or aluminum alloy. A bayerite layer is provided between the support and the photoconductive layer. The bayerite layer having the excellent characteristic can be obtained by dipping the bayerite layer in water. At this stage, liquid temperature at 20 deg.C or more and less than 80 deg.C, pH at 2.0-5.0, and dipping time at 5-60 minutes are desirable. In this case, film thickness of the bayerite layer at 0.02-1.5μm is desirable. This bayerite layer is formed by forming the material to be processed, which includes aluminum, on the positive electrode oxide film, but degreasing by various degreasing method such as acid and alkali, organic solvent, surface active agent, emulsion and electrolysis is desirably performed before forming the positive electrode oxide film.
