PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct influences of inclinations and oscillations included in survey data, by mounting GPS antennae at four corners, obtaining position data and attitude data of an instrumentation stage from a phase difference of GPS wages, and interpolating the data with attitude angle data by a gyro. SOLUTION: When a survey instrumentation stage 1 is inclined, an optical path difference La is generated in electric waves reaching a master antenna 2 and a slave antenna 3 from a GPS satellite. An inclinationθcan be calculated according to an equationθ=arcsin(La/Lb) by measuring a distance Lb between the antenna 2 and 3 correctly. Similarly, the measurement is conducted between the antenna 21 and an antenna 4 and between the antenna 2 and an antenna 5, whereby attitude data (azimuth angle, pitch angle, roll angle) can be obtained. The calculations are executed at a measuring data-correcting part 9. Data obtained by a sensor mounted to a sensor-mounting part 8 are recorded at a data/recording part 10 together with position data obtained by a kinematic GPS 6 and data of a gyro 7.
