摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detection device for monitoring high- temperature incinerator which can be used simply by shielding heat fro a high- temperature sample box and forcibly cooling devices including the radiation detector with air at room temperature. SOLUTION: An area excluding that closer to a radiation detector 7 out of a high-temperature part including a sample box 1 which becomes a heat source is covered with a heat-insulating material 13 with a reflection material, outer-surrounding equipment 12 and 72 made of an electrically conductive thin plate with a polishing surface are arranged at the sample box 1 and a radiation detector body 73, for example, a closed-end cylindrical heat insulator 9a made of an electrically conductive thin plate with a polishing surface while enclosing the radiation detector 7 is arranged between the sample box 1 and the radiation detector 7, wind is blown to an area between the radiation detector 7 and the heat insulator 9a by an air-cooling fan 20 for cooling, for example, the radiation detector 7 and the heat shield 9a, and at the same time, heated air on the bottom part of the heat shield 9b is replaced, thus preventing heat transfer due to conduction and convection.
