PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep fruits and vegetables in a refrigerator fresh without reducing freight containing space of a container by providing in a circulation line air conditioning devices for conditioning composition and humidity of air within the refrigerator. SOLUTION: In the process in which air is made to pass through an ozone decomposing catalyst 55, ozone remaining in the air is decomposed into oxygen and the like and ethylene compounds are removed by adsorption. Then, the air is allowed to flow out of an air outlet 53 and is made to join with air in the refrigerator which has bypassed an ethylene removing unit 50 and is blown into the interior of the refrigerator through a clearance between T rails 43 via an outlet 18. Because ethylene contained in the air within the refrigerator is removed by the ethylene removing unit 50, fruits and vegetables in the refrigerator is prevented from being aged or matured to keep them fresh. Because the ethylene removing unit 50 is arranged in a circulation line, freight space within the refrigerator is not narrowed. |
