PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video light with which the range of much wider angle can be illuminated and illumination efficiency is improved. SOLUTION: A video camera incorporating the video light, with which an object is irradiated, has a lamp 1 and a reflection mirror 2 and an angle 2.θ1 formed with the 1st and 2nd video lights respectively having the equal radiation angleθ3 and the radiation direction of these 1st and 2nd video lights can be varied while being interlocked with the focal distance of a zoom lens. At the time of wide angle shooting, the angle formed by the radiation directions is widened so that the much wider angle range can be efficiently illuminated but at the time of narrow angle shooting, the video lights are turned inside (θ2) and the angle formed by the radiation directions is made narrow to match illumination ranges so that the same object can be illuminated brighter.
