PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a test testing test items covering functions of a radio base station equipment to the utmost in the radio base station equipment test system without use of a call processing section. SOLUTION: A radio base station equipment 200 connecting a portable terminal equipment and a ground communication network is provided with a call processing section 250 controlling setup and release of a call in the equipment 200 and an equipment control section 270 controlling the operation of each configuration equipment 260 based on a command from the call processing section to inform the result of operation to the call processing section. In the case of entry of test items from a tested terminal equipment 400 provided externally, in order to allow each configuration equipment to execute the test items, a command equal to that sent by the call processing section is generated and sent to the equipment control section and and the operation result of each configuration equipment informed from the equipment control section is returned to the tested terminal equipment by mean of a test means 280 so that the operation of each configuration equipment and the equipment control section is tested without using the call processing section.
