PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cycle characteristics under a condition of high voltage and heavy load discharge. SOLUTION: This cell comprises a positive electrode 2 formed by coating a positive electrode current collector 11. With a positive electrode compound containing a positive electrode active material, negative electrode 1 formed by coating a negative electrode current collector 10 with a negative electrode compound containing a negative electrode active material, and a nonaqueous electrolyte. In this case, the positive electrode compound or negative electrode compound is mixed with an aluminum system coupling agent, or a surface of the positive or negative current collector 11 or 10 is pretreated by the aluminum system coupling agent. |
