<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcomputer where the number of terminals for setting an operation mode is reduced and a microcomputer where noise resistance is improved. SOLUTION: When a reset signal RESET is active, a temporary operation mode is decided with the output signal of a mode selection circuit 100. Mode setting data inputted to a data input terminal D with a shift clock signal SCK inputted from a clock control circuit 104 in a shift register 101 is sequentially shifted to output terminals Q1, Q2, Q3... after the reset signal RESET is changed. The output signals of the output terminals Q1-Q5 when output terminals Q7 and Q6 become '1' and '0' are latched in latch circuits 102a-102e and the operation mode is set.</p> |
