PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a bolt or a nut at an engaging section without dropping down to the lower-most section of a longitudinal hole even if the bolt or nut is loosened, increase a degree of safety at an installing block, assure a stability in working operation for the installing block and at the same time facilitate a storing as well as a transportation of the entire device and shorten a working hour required at site. SOLUTION: This device is constituted such that the device is slidably fitted to connecting sections on a base 2 comprised of flat mounting sections for mounting and fixing an outdoor device and the connecting sections extending in a downward direction from both sides of the flat mounting section, the flat mounting sections stopping or fixing stays with bolts are oppositely faced to each other at least in a certain spaced-apart relation under utilization of slots arranged in the stay 3 at an optional height position, fixed to and connected to a connecting arm 1 which can be extended or retracted with bolts P2 . When the flat mounting sections loosen the bolt fixing to the connecting arm 1, it may be rotated around the fixing section against the connecting section so as to be folded and at the same time a sliding connector section between the base 2 and the stay 3 is provided with an engaging section so as to enable a dropping of the device to be prevented. |
