PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a large number of heating plates through time shearing control, by utilizing an inverter in a power source applied from a single rectifying means. SOLUTION: An inverter module 13, inputting a power source from a single rectifying means 12 utilizing at least two working coils L12, L13 so as to heat two heating plates, is constituted, in this constitution, a resonance switching control means, control-switching a current of the working coil L12, L13 with this inverter module 13, is provided so as to time shearing control the two working coils L12, L13 included in the inverter module 13. |
