PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the weight of a suspended material quickly and accurately. SOLUTION: This device has a load cell device 9, which can freely detects an apparent weight T of spraying device 12 suspended by a crane, a chain block or the like, and a load-cell control part 29. An accelerometer 22, which freely detects accelerationαin the up and down directions acting on the spraying device 13, is provided. A opening part 31, which operates a true weight Mg of the spraying device 12 based on the above described apparent weight T and the above described accelerationαand outputs the result, is provided. This device is constituted in this way.
