PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain sufficiently large intensity and required vibration quantity even when a motor is miniaturized by cylindrically forming a vibrator and forming a fixing hole for inserting the rotary shaft of the motor on an eccentric position of the vibrator. SOLUTION: The vibrator 10 is cylindrically formed and the fixing hole 11 for inserting the rotary shaft 2 of the motor 1 is formed on the eccentric position of the vibrator 10. The hole 11 is formed so as to be arranged on the side of one outer periphery 10a from an axial line O on a cross section 12 including the hole 12 and the line 0. In addition, the hole 11 is penetrated so as to be gradually inclined to the outer periphery side from one end part 11a to the other end part 11b so that the end part 11a on the base end side of the shaft 2 is arranged close to the axial line O and the end part 11b on the tip side of the shaft 2 is arranged on the outer periphery 10a side of the vibrator 10. The vibrator 10 is fixed on the rotary shaft 2 by caulking.
