摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance maximum energy product ((BH)max) by a method wherein, in a method for fixing rate-earth and iron based magnetic powders by compression and direct conduction to manufacture a bulk magnet, a ratio of mean particle size of isotropic magnetic powders to mean particle size of anisotropic magnetic powders being a raw material is 0.25 to 1.0. SOLUTION: A ratio of mean particle size of isotropic magnetic powders to anisotropic magnetic powders is 0.25 to 1.0, whereby orientation is enhanced. Further, a coercive force of the isotropic magnetic powders of a raw material is controlled to be 50% or less of a value generated at the time of optimum heat treatment, whereby a coercive force of a bulk magnet can be raised to near a maximum coercive force in the composition. Further, Ga of 0.5 to 1.0 atom % is included in the isotropic magnetic powders, whereby a coercive force of the isotropic magnetic powders themselves can be enhanced, so that a coercive force of a bulk magnet can be enhanced.
