PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance communication speed by adding a 1st PN code series and 0 to plural PN code series with a phase difference and sending the sum and defining transmission information based on the number of the 2nd PN codes at each period of the code series. SOLUTION: A 1st PN code is stored in a shift register REG1 and the code itself or its inverted signal is outputted from the final stage of the shift register as an I component and 1-bit information through BPSK modulation. Stages of the shift register REG1 are connected respectively to gates G1 -Gn . A signal CTRL is used to get through 0 to plural sets of the gates G1 -Gn to allow the gates G1 -Gn to pass 0 to plural sets of the PN codes stored in the shift register. The PN codes passing through the gates are added by an adder circuit ADD1 and the sum is sent as a Q component. That is, the Q component is a non-signal or the sum of 1 to plural PN code series signals. Since the number of the PN codes in the Q component is sent as information, the communication speed is enhanced by several number of multiple of a conventional speed.
