PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain communication with bundled channels with less delay difference by placing a limit onto a delay difference so that a line is interrupted to make re-connection when a transmission delay error larger than a permissible value takes place between received data. SOLUTION: A Bch data delay difference detection section 14 detects a delay in a B1ch data with respect to a B2ch data. Then a delay limiter circuit 14a discriminates whether or not a delay difference is within a permissible value. When the permissible value is exceeded, the circuit 14a gives a line switching command and a reconnection command to a control section 15 and the control section 15 commands interruption/reconnection to an ISDN interface section 11. When the delay difference is within a permissible value, a data storage input output control section 16 to control a B2ch data storage section 17 to store B2ch data. When a B1ch synchronization detection section 12 detects aB1ch synchronizing signal, a data storage input output control section 16 gives a command to a Bch data storage section 17 that the section 17 outputs sequentially stored B2ch data. |
