<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform accurate detection by preventing the generation of static electricity easily and securely. SOLUTION: A light emitting element 15 and a photodetector 16 are arranged on a substrate so as to face each other and to hold a path 11 of a body to be detected. A case 19 comprising light transmitting material is attached on the substrate so as to cover the light emitting element 15 and the photodetector 16, respectively, and to expose the optical path from the light emitting element 15 to the photodetector 16 to the outside. A connector is attached on the substrate so that the respective contact points are connected to the light emitting element 15 and the photodetector 16. In this photosensor 10, the case 19 tightly closes the light emitting element 15 and the photodetector 16, and at least surfaces 13a and 14a thereof have the antistatic effect in this constitution.</p> |
