The pear variety (Pyrus Communis L.) with registrated denomination Zorka is obtained from the free pollination seeds of the variety Williams and is intended for using as frech fruits. The variety is devided into the districts of the Republic of Moldova for all the zones of variety cultivation. The fruits are obtained on the fruit-bearing spurs and fructiferous shoots. The variety is autosterile. Liubimitsa Klappa and Williams are used as polinators. The fruits are middle sized, their mass made up 120-130 g, they are two- conical shaped. Fruit skin is smooth, thin, of light-green colour, on the sunny side - rose. The pulp is white-cream- coloured, juicy, sweetish, a few crunchy, oily. |
