PURPOSE:To reduce the thickness of the title capacitor for one sheet of a polarizing electrode by a method wherein nonconductive layers are formed on the upper and lower different faces, collectors are arranged additionally on the upper part and the lower part of one pair of electrodes and the side face is sealed with a nonconductive gasket. CONSTITUTION:One pair of polarizing electrodes 1 which have been impregnated with an electrode liquid are arranged side by side on the same face, and they are arranged and installed between one pair of collectors 4. A nonconductive layer 2 is formed between one of the pair of polarizing electrodes 1 and one of the pair of collectors 4. In addition, a nonconductive layer 2 is formed between the other of the pair of polarizing electrodes 1 and the other of the pair of collectors 4. In addition, the peripheral part of the collectors 4 is sealed with a nonconductive gasket 5. Thereby, a thin fundamental element whose thickness can be reduced for one sheet of the polarizing electrodes 1 can be realized. |
