PURPOSE:To make the flow of a melody musical natural and improve the sounding of chords by making no pitch adjustment for input by a performance information input means for single tone generation and making a pitch adjustment for input by other input means for complex tone generation. CONSTITUTION:A detecting means detects a means which is operated for single tone generation and a means which is operated for complex tone generation among performance information input means keyboards UK21, LK22, and PK23. A pitch adjusting means outputs pitch information for performance information inputted by the former without any pitch adjustment and outputs the pitch information after the pitch adjustment for information inputted by the latter. A musical sound signal generating means generates a musical sound signal according to the pitch information outputted by the pitch adjusting means. Then, a musical sound by single tone generation provides a natural flow of a melody and a musical sound by complex tone generation provide a consonant clear tone of chords. |
