<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity by fitting the next shock absorber under assembling on a slide block in a device for carrying-in/out the shock absorber to an assembling machine assembling a coil spring to the shock absorber. CONSTITUTION:A reference plate 15 erected astride a component carry-in position (a), component delivery position (b), and component carry-out position (c) is provided in front of an assembling machine, and the first and second slide blocks 18 and 19 are fitted to be slid on two upper and lower male guide rails 16 and 17 provided in front of the reference plate 15 by actions of hydraulic cylinders 24 and 25. A support plate 26 is erected on the front face of the first block 18, a pair of chuck claws 27 and 28 are pivotally fitted on its upper wall 26a, and a support plate 34 lifted by a lifting cylinder 37 is provided at the lower section. A box-shaped support frame 42 is fitted at the upper end of the rotary shaft 40 of the block 19, and a component hanging fork claw 44 is provided at the upper end of the support frame 42.</p> |
