PURPOSE: To quickly manufacture a roll body substantially stable with respect to Li by continuously unwinding a sheet substrate made of a plastic material and sticking a fixed quantity of melted element thereto. CONSTITUTION: A spool 1 including a sheet 3 made of a plastic material substantially stable with respect to Li is composed of a plastic material and a film case solid polymer electrolyte having Li ion transmitting ability. This supported electrode is sent toward a roller applicator 19 while an electrolytic free surface faces a roller 19 covered with melted Li. In order to prevent the deformation of this plastic material and formation of harmful inactive layer, a specified temperature is maintained by temperature adjusters 23 and 25. Thus, a fixed quantity of melted element is continuously stuck to at least one surface of the sheet 3 and, between 0.1μm to 40μm, a thin film uniform in its surface is formed on the sheet 3. |
