PURPOSE:To easily and efficiently send a still picture broadcasting program including a dummy dynamic image by almost successively switching the image signal of plural frames in a dummy dynamic picture until other continuing image switching signals are detected when the specified image switching signal in response to the starting edge of the dummy dynamic picture is detected. CONSTITUTION:To the display starting point of an animation image V2, a double queue signal CC, in which two pulse-shape queue signals C are almost continued with an extremely short interval, is recorded. During the display period of the animation image V2, a successive queue signal string from a successive queue signal generating circuit 5 is fetched from an output terminal 7 as a queue signal output for an image switching. Further, during the display period of the animation image V2, a Q output of a flip-flop 3 is supplied to a control signal generating circuit 8, a control signal is generated to process the received animation image V2 with a field mode in a receiving side and to display it and the signal is fetched from another output terminal 9. Accordingly, only by adding a simple circuit device, the sending of the dummy dynamic picture can be easily executed. |
