PURPOSE:To increase the barrier to injection of carriers from an aluminum base body to an electric charge generating layer, etc., of an org. lamination type photosensitive body formed by laminating a charge generating layer and charge transfer layer successively on the aluminum base body by using an aluminum alloy into which silicon, etc., are incorporated as the aluminum base body. CONSTITUTION:The aluminum alloy contg. 0.05-1wt.% silicon, <=0.3wt.% iron, and 0.4-5wt.% magnesium and contg. <=1.5wt.% total of other metals contained therein is used as the aluminum base body. Generation of black spots which are of a problem with reader/printer and laser printers, etc., making reversal development is suppressed by using the aluminum base body constituted of such aluminum alloy. Furthermore, the machinability of the aluminum base body is improved by incorporating the silicon and magnesium into the alloy. |
