PURPOSE:To suppress the development of poor molding such as sinkage, warpage and the like in an injection mold, with which a resin product having varying wall thickness is molded. CONSTITUTION:In an injection mold equipped with a thicker walled cavity 5A, by which a comparatively thicker wall thickness part is molded, a thinner walled cavity 5C, by which a comparatively thinner wall thickness part is molded, and a gradually changing cavity 5B, in which the wall thickness part is gradually changed from the thicker walled cavity 5A to the thinner wall cavity 5C, a film gate 6 for pouring resin is provided in the thicker walled cavity 5A. The change rate of the wall thickness = [{(a-c/c)}X100%] is set to be 35% or less between the thickness (a) of the thicker walled cavity 5A and the thickness (c) of the thinner walled cavity 5C and, at the same time, the length of the gradually changing cavity 5B is set to be 50mm or longer. |
