PURPOSE:To eliminate an increase in a leakage current and a trouble by a short circuit by a method wherein a cathode is extracted from a solid electrolyte layer by using the following: an electrode body coming into contact with the solid electrolyte layer; a conductive high-polymer layer which has been polymerized on the solid electrolyte layer and on the electrode body. CONSTITUTION:A solid electrolyte layer 2 is formed on the surface of an anode body 1 where an anodic oxidation film has been formed; an electrode body 4 is arranged so as to come into contact with the electrolyte layer 2. By using the electrode body 4, a conductive high-polymer layer 3 continued onto the electrolyte layer 2 and onto the electrode layer 4 is formed. The electrolyte layer 2 and the electrode body 4 are connected electrically; the electrode body 4 is used to extract a cathode. Then, an increase in a leakage current by migration of silver and a defect by a short circuit are not caused even in a high- temperature and high-humidity atmosphere in a different way from a conventional silver coating. |
