<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the carry of a struck ball possible to be significantly increased without adversely affecting the feeling of swinging a golf club. SOLUTION: This golf club 10 having a tapered shaft part 20 has a weight 50 mounted on the outside of the shaft part 20 between 20 to 70 cm from the grip end 41 of the club 10, the weight 50 being made of a plate of lead or other metals into a wedge-like extended form having R-shaped long sides that extend along a circle matching the conical shape of the shaft part 20. Another weight is made from lead or other metals into a linear form. The club has a fixing means 60 that can be anchored into place after the position of the weight 50 is adjusted.</p> |
