PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for the preservation of a food to be eaten raw such as slices of raw fish and effective for improving the preservability of the food by packaging together with the food. SOLUTION: An antibacterial sheet 12 produced by coating a water-absorbing sheet with wasabi oil or allyl isothiocyanate is laminated on one surface of a cooling member 2 filled with a cooling liquid 3, an end of the sheet 12 is fixed to an end of the cooling member 2 and the laminate is packaged with a protection bag 22 made of a water-impermeable film in a state preventing the direct contact of at least the antibacterial sheet 12 with the cooling member 2.
