PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage or dripping of raw at a low cost. SOLUTION: This writing implement is composed of a tubular casting body 11, in which an ink chamber 12 is defined, an ink occluding unit 10, arranged in the tip end side of the tubular casing body 11 and composed of a first fibrous bundled body 13, having air permeability but poor in the affinity for ink, and a second fibrous bundled body 14, excellent in affinity for ink and capable of retaining the ink, which are arranged so as to be contacted closely to each other, and a pen core 15, arranged so as to be extended from the outside of the casing body 11 into the ink chamber 12 while penetrating through the first and second fibrous bundled bodies. |
