PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a process simulator simulating not only tracking function but also working results on stocks by providing with a transference simulation processing section and a stock working simulation processing section. SOLUTION: In the transference simulation processing section 9, a stock measuring information (1) is inputted from a process computer 3, and a stock transfering velocity information (2) is inputted from a controller 1 controlling the stock transfering velocity. The stock transfering position is simulated based on above-mentioned information and a position information from a stock passing detector, and simulative outputting is performed to the controller 1 and the process simulator 3 as stock passing detecting signals (3). In the stock working simulation processing section 11, a model coefficient (4) and an actuator operating condition setting information (5) based on the stock measuring information and stock characteristic information are inputted, stock working results are simulated using a process model of a process model section 13, and simulative outputting is performed to the controller 1 and the process computer 3 as detecting signals (6) from the stock working result detector. |
