PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a failure of a starter motor, by melting a fuse operating a switch circuit, when it is decided that a starter control signal is not output, during an ignition control signal is being output, when an engine starting signal is received. SOLUTION: A fuse 20 is provided in series to a connecting line from an on-vehicle power source line 11, to an engine starter, an ignition, and accessary power source control relays 5, 6, and 7, and the collector terminal of a switching transistor 21 is connected at the downstream side. In this case, in the switching transistor 21, an emitter is earthed, and a base terminal is connected to a microcomputer 4. The microcomputer 4 decides that the contact of the starter relay 5 is welded, when it decides that a starter signal is not output, during an ignition control signal is being output, and the switching transistor 21 is turned on to melt the fuse 21 through a driving circuit. |
