PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and miniaturize a handle part so that its size is conformed to needs of users by allowing one electrode to communicate with brush bristles and the other electrode to communicate with the grip part of a body. SOLUTION: An insulating body 10 has bristles 12 planted on the tip, and a conductive plate 26 arranged in about the longitudinal axial center part of the body 10 is partially exposed to the bottom part of a battery chamber 39a. The battery chamber 39a is opened so as to have the same depth as the laminated height of a negative electrode active material 42, an electrolyte holding layer 43, a separator 44 and a positive electrode active material 41. The upper surface of a conductive plate 32 is arranged so as to be flush with the surface of the body 10, the negative electrode active material 42 is electrically connected to the conductive plate 26, and the positive electrode active material 41 is electrically connected to the conductive plate 32. The positive electrode active material 41 is insulated from the negative electrode active material 42 by the wall. for partitioning the battery chamber 39a of the body 10 and the separator 44. The conductive plate 32 functions as the lid on the positive electrode active material 41, and the conductive plate 26 functions as the bottom plate on the negative electrode active material 42 side. |
