发明名称 COMBUSTION METHOD OF HEAT-STORAGE TYPE BURNER AND COMBUSTION DEVICE THEREOF
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion method of a heat-storage type burner which prevents the melting of a heat-storage body and can keep the combustion condition of a heating furnace by reducing the deviation between the preheating temp. of combustion air and the temp. in the furnace even if the combustion condition of the heating furnace is changed. SOLUTION: An air nozzle 5 and a fuel nozzle 6 in the heat-storage type burner 1 are opened at the heating furnace side of a burner tile 4 and multilayer heat storage bodies 13, 14 are incorporated in a heat storage incorporating vessel 6 connected with the air nozzle 5. In the fuel nozzle 6, a fuel shut-off valve 7 and a combustion air shut-off valve 8 at one side of the piping 12 and a combustion exhaust gas shut-off valve 9 at the other side thereof are arranged, and a thermometer 11 is arranged between the heat storage bodies 13, 14 and a thermometer 10 is arranged at the furnace wall of each heating furnace 2. Further, the detected outputs of the thermometers 10, 11 are inputted into a control unit 16 and comparison- arithmetic-processing is executed and the fuel shut-off valve 7, combustion air shut-off valve 8 and combustion exhaust gas shut-off valve 9 are controlled based on the control output of the control unit 16. Then, these shut-off valves are controlled so that the temp. deviation between the temp. in the heating furnace and the temp. of the heat storage body is a prescribed temp. deviation or lower and does not exceed the heat resistant temp. of the heat storage body.
