PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner cap which is not affected by the shape of a container, is excellent in the versatility, is capable of flowing out the content liquid without considering the direction of the container, and has the overflow preventive function. SOLUTION: When a container 12 falls down, the surface of an opening of a slit 34 is parallel to the liquid level L, and the differential pressure at each end in the longitudinal direction of the slit 34 becomes zero. The relationship of Atmospheric pressure (P)=Internal pressure (P')+Hydrostatic pressure (PH) at the slit 34 is established. The slit 34 is covered with the content liquid and no air flows in the container 12, and the content liquid does not flow out of the slit 34. When the container 34 is inclined, the differential pressure at the slit 34 is generated, the air enters from the upper end side of the slit 34, and the content liquid flows out from the lower end side of the slit 34. Because the slit 34 is located at the center of a discharge port 14, the content liquid can flow out irrespective of the direction of inclination of the container 12. |
