<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high quality dispersion and production by providing a continuous spiral groove or projecting part on a cylindrical rotary body for stirring a dispersion media and a dispersion and circulating and fluidizing to atomize so as not to generate uniformity. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 3 connected to a driving device 2 is inserted in the dispersing section 1 and the rotary body 4 provided with the spiral groove is attached to the rotary shaft 3. A dispersion media is previously filled in the dispersing section 1, the dispersion containing a material to be dispersed is supplied to the section 1 from the outside and passed through the moving media to disperse while transmitting the rotation of driving device 2 to the dispersion media through the rotary shaft 3 and the rotary body 4 and is once discharged to the outside and circulated. Thus, by inversely turning the flow direction of the dispersion near the dispersing section inner wall to the flow direction of the dispersion near the rotary shaft, the ununiformity is eliminated, the dispersion efficiency is improved and the raw martial is uniformly and superiorly atomized.</p> |
