PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly precise rubber-bearing body in an excellent productive efficiency. SOLUTION: In a method wherein a plurality of preformed products in which rubber layers are superimposed with each other and bonded to a plate face of a reinforced plate 5, are charged by laminating in a vulcanizing mold so that the rubber layers come to be in the same direction, such a plurality of laminated preformed products are vulcanized by heating under pressure, bonded so that all of them are integrated, and a rubber-bearing body in which the reinforced plate 5 and the rubber layer are alternately laminated, is molded, a preforming mold 1 having a molding space 2 in which a reinforced plate positioning recessed part 7 of the reinforced plate 5 is formed on a bottom face, is prepared. The reinforced plate 5 is opposed to the reinforced plate positioning recessed part 7 of the preforming mold 1, the reinforced plate 5 is fixed by positioning so that a specific width around the bottom face of the molding space 2 remains, a rubber plasticized by heating is injected into the molding space under that state, and the rubber layer is injection molded. Thereby, the preformed product in which the rubber layer is bonded to the reinforced plate 5 under a state of being swollen out by a specific width from a peripheral edge of the reinforced plate 5, is formed. |
