PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a polyolefin resin foamed sheet with improved adhesiveness by exposing an inorg. filler with a polar group on the polyolefin resin foamed sheet. SOLUTION: After an inorg. filler with a diameter of 1-20μm and with a polar group is scattered on a molten sheet-like article consisting of a resin compsn. wherein a polyolefin resin is incorporated with a foaming agent and they are contact-bonded, the sheet-like article is foamed by heating. As the polyolefin resin, ethylene (co)polymer is cited. As the polyolefin resin obtd. by using a metalocene catalyst, such a resin that has one crystal melting peak in DSC and has the width of temp. from the melting peak temp. to the temp. at which the whole crystal is completely melted of less than 20 deg.C and the width of temp. from the temp. at which 10wt.% is eluted to the temp. at which the whole quantity is eluted of less than 30 deg.C and has the value of wt. average mol.wt./number average mol.wt. of 1.5-3.5, is used. The inorg. filler is calcium carbonate, etc.
